Case Management, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides community based behavioral health services for adults with serious mental illness, children with serious emotional disturbance and those impacted by substance abuse issues. CMI utilizes many principles to assist in the delivery of our services that strive to empower individuals to reach their optimal level in the recovery process of wellness and functional capability.
The organization is now fully integrated and can serve both physical and mental health needs of our clients. The Support center will render support and recovery services that will treat the individual mind, body and spirit.
The Support Center will provide an array of services for the consumers and their families that we serve within our community. We will offer supportive services which will enhance the consumer overall well-being to prompt self-sufficiency, wellness, self-awareness, and spirituality.
There are times when an individual may experience a crisis in their lives which require the person to participate in various program to alleviate the crisis. There will be services available to provide assistant back on the road to recovery.
Our agency is promoting Recovery therefore we must encourage and guide our consumers in that direct. We must motivate the consumer to believe that they can recover and function with their illness in day to day activities like employment and obtaining their GED.
We are proud to announce that the center will render services that will treat the persons mind, body and spirit which will include the following:
GED Preparation Site • We will offer classes to our consumers and other individuals in the community with a mental illness
• Our program will allow the consumer to enhance their opportunity to gain employment, improve their self-esteem and self- gratification for those who have been desiring to obtain their High School Equivalence
Legal Aide Services • We have a vast number of families who may need legal advice or assistance, i.e., Guardianship, Conservatorship, etc. • We will have an attorney available on designated days to offer legal advice and/or assistance
Vocational Training • This program will allow consumers the opportunity to gain vocational training which will help the individual to seek and maintain competitive employment
Parenting Group • We will offer an evidence based parenting program for families who need to improve upon their parenting skills
Meditation Room/ Group • The group will offer the consumer an opportunity to focus on their spirituality • and inner-self • The meditation room will be available as needed for quiet time to mediate • and reflect
